We will ship your products on the same day you place the order if possible, but at the latest the following business day. Delivery time is about 1-2 business days with DHL and 2-8 business days with GLS.

How to order
Products are usually ordered via the Internet at www.boardvillage.fi via the shopping cart.
All orders will be confirmed by email, indicating the order price, delivery costs and ordered products. To receive the order confirmation, you must state your e-mail address when ordering.
Delivery confirmation with tracking number will be sent to the customer automatically when order is processed.
The customer agrees to the terms of delivery for each order.
Through your user account, you can check the content of the order.

If you want to pay by Visa, Visa Electron or MasterCard, Lautakylä Oy will only serve as a marketer for products and services and will also supply the products to the buyer. Complaints are the responsibility of Paytrail Plc. Nevertheless, please contact Lautakylä Oy (Boardvillage) for reclamation.

RETURN CONDITIONS (International shipping)
Customer must inform seller (Boardvillage) of a return within 14 days after the order has been signed off from carrier or local post office.
Only unused products will be accepted in return. Returns will not be accepted if returned products are used or the return is made after 14 days from arrival. Customer is in charge of all return shipping costs on all orders returned from outside Finland. When returned products arrive we will pay the customer the total amount of the product/products excluding original shipping costs.
Please note that we will have to add an extra surcharge of 30€ (to cover postal and tax fees) on parcels that have been marked unretrieved and sent back unopened.
