General Information

E-commerce products are sold by Lautakylä Oy (Boardvillage) Business ID 2372857-1. We sell products to people of age in Finland. Product prices include VAT. We reserve the right to change prices and postal charges.

How to order

Products are usually ordered via the Internet at www.boardvillage.fi via the shopping cart.

All orders will be confirmed by email, indicating the order price, delivery costs and ordered products. To receive the order confirmation, you must notify the e-mail address when ordering.

The customer agrees to the terms of delivery for each order.

Through our user account, you can check the content of the subscription.

Payment options:

Visa, Visa Electron or MasterCard Cards

If you want to pay by Visa, Visa Electron or MasterCard, Lautakylä Oy will only serve as a marketer for products and services and will also supply the products to the buyer. Complaints are the responsibility of Paytrail Plc. Nevertheless, please contact Lautakylä Oy (Boardvillage) for reclamation.

Paytrail Plc is acting as a vendor for Visa, Visa Electron or MasterCard cards, and a transaction is created between the customer and Paytrail Plc. The seller is responsible for all trade-related obligations. Paytrail Oyj is also the receiver of the payment .

Jousto invoice or part payment

Buy our products easily and securely with Jousto Invoice or Jousto part payment. The service is provided by the Finnish Jousto Payment Method. Jousto is intended for individuals who have handled their finances properly. Jousto gives you 30 days of non-interest payment. A 2.90€ billing fee will be added to your purchase. Once the bill is received, you can decide whether to pay it in full or in installments. With a payment plan, you can pay up to 36 installments for your purchase starting at 9.90€ / month. The cost of the Jousto installment is 3.90€ / month plus a credit rate of 19.90%.
You can pay between 30 - 3000€ worth of purchases.

Using Jousto is safe. With the first purchase, you make a strong e-commerce authentication. As a returning customer, you can easily identify yourself with a disposable code that is sent to your phone. With every purchase, we make a real-time and automated credit decision. The transaction and the transmission of information are always secure. The bill is delivered by email. The lender is Aurajoki Nordic Oy.

Payment service provider

Paytrail Plc (2122839-7) is a collecting payment service provider and an authorized payment institution that works in cooperation with Finnish bank and credit institutions. Paytrail Plc is shown as the payment recipient on your bank or credit card statement. Paytrail Plc will forward the payment to the merchant. For reclamations, please contact the website the payment was made to.

Internet bank

The payment transfer service associated with e-payment is implemented by Paytrail Plc (2122839-7) in co-operation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. For the user, the service works just like traditional online payments.

Delivery time

We post products every working day. Orders made on weekdays before 12am will be mailed during the same day. Orders made after 12am will be posted no later than the next business day. The final arrival time of products depends on the delivery method and the supplier.

Delivery method and delivery

Shipping costs include postal and packaging costs. You can view delivery charges after choosing the payment method and delivery method for your shopping cart. Pick-up from the store

By choosing "pick-up" from the store, the products should be picked up at Tehtaankatu 3, 67100 Kokkola. No delivery charges will be added to the order. When picking up the order please be prepared to identify yourself with an identity card and/or order number.

All orders are usually ready for pick-up in an hour after you made the order, depending on the store opening hours. You will also receive an e-mail when the order is ready for pick-up. If you haven't received an e-mail please check your junk mail.

Post parcel

Orders made before 12am on weekdays are shipped during the same day. The order can usually be picked up from the nearest post office or from the nearest postal service point on the next business day. The parcel can be picked up from the postal service point with the Shipping ID and your identity card. The post also sends the arrival notice on the arrival of the package but this will not be received until the next business day after the arrival of the postal package so that the packet will be picked up faster with the shipping code.

If the order fits in a letter, we will send it by letter. The letters do not receive the Shipping ID but are delivered directly to the recipients address.

Matkahuolto

In addition to Matkahuolto, a Matkahuolto package can be sent to service points at K-Markets, R-Kiosks and Tokmannis for pick-up. A dense store network and long service times in the evenings and weekends ensure that the package can be picked up close to you when it suits you best. Mark your mobile phone number on your order so that you receive a SMS as soon as the package is available for pick-up.

For orders less than 100€ sent via Post and Matkahuolto, a 4,90€ delivery fee will be added.
